GWT Permeability Kit (0–6 Bar Range) – Concrete Water Penetration Testing

The GWT Permeability Kit is a specialized testing instrument designed to measure water permeation into concrete and masonry surfaces under controlled pressure. This portable, easy-to-use device is ideal for evaluating the watertightness of structural elements like concrete skins, masonry panels, and construction joints. The kit includes a robust pressure chamber, micrometer gauge, and dual-range pressure gauges for flexible and precise testing, both on-site and in laboratories.

The pressure chamber, made of durable aluminum or stainless steel, is mounted to the test surface using anchored clamping pliers or a suction plate. As water enters the surface, the pressure is automatically maintained using a micrometer-driven piston, ensuring accurate volume compensation and consistent pressure levels throughout the test.
