Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom orders or personalized items.
Downloadable software products.
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at sales@rise-geo.com to initiate a return.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:

Exchanges
