My name is Benson A, Service Manager at Rise Geo Control Systems. We are proud to mention that our Service Centre specializes in providing precise, innovative, and efficient Service and Calibration services for our customers. Our team consists of dedicated factory trained professionals who have over 20 years of experience in Repair, Service and Calibration while making certain of the accuracy and attention to detail, attributed to the instruments. All calibrated equipment are accompanied with a detailed Calibration Certificate which includes the equipment result specifications, date of Calibration and the recommended date for next Calibration. A fixed Warranty period of 6 months is provided for all calibrations done in the Service Centre. At RISE GEO Service Centre, we also offer Annual Contract Plans for the full fleet of customers’ instruments, which will inevitably qualify for discounted prices for Service and Calibration.

The technical department at Rise Geo Control Systems is led by our Service Manager, Benson A. With a career spanning more than 22 years in the Middle East, Benson brings a level of hands-on diagnostic skill that is rare in the industry. He has spent over two decades troubleshooting and calibrating the most complex surveying instruments on the market.

A Career Built on Industry Giants

Benson’s experience began in 2002 at SOKKIA Gulf, a direct subsidiary of SOKKIA Singapore. This was a period where he mastered the fundamental mechanics of optical instruments before the industry transitioned fully to digital.
Following the SOKKIA and TOPCON merger, Benson was appointed to lead the technical team at Sigma Enterprises LLC (the authorized SOKKIA distributor for the UAE). As Team Leader, he managed the technical integration of both Topcon and Sokkia equipment portfolios, becoming a regional expert in both ecosystems.

Benson is widely regarded as a leading authority for survey equipment service across the Gulf. His credentials include:

·         Factory-Certified Training: He has undergone direct manufacturer training on the entire SOKKIA and TOPCON product lines, ranging from legacy optical levels to modern robotic total stations and GNSS systems.

·         Regional Mentorship: He has personally trained and certified numerous service engineers across the GCC, helping to establish the repair standards used throughout the region today.

·         Expert Troubleshooting: Benson is our "final word" on complex technical failures. He specializes in deep-tier electronic issues and calibration deviations that standard service centers often struggle to diagnose.
